Effective September 29, 2026. These terms cover the Budvo server, the dashboard, the iOS app when it's available, and this website, all made by NullDaily LLC ("we").

Your server, your responsibility

Budvo runs on hardware you control. You're responsible for that machine, for keeping it updated and backed up, and for keeping your database password and recovery key safe. If both are lost, your data can't be recovered by anyone, including us.

Not financial advice

Budvo's numbers (safe to spend, paycheck plans, payoff dates, interest saved) are estimates based on what you enter or sync. They can be wrong. Budvo is a tool to help you plan, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions against your statements and, where it matters, a professional.

Hosting others

If you host other people on your server, you're responsible for how you run it. Treat their data with care, and only host people who understand that you control the server.

Connectors and third parties

Connectors link your server to outside providers (for example Plaid). Your use of those providers is between you and them, under their terms, using your own keys where required. We review and sign marketplace connectors, but we don't control the providers they connect to.

Using this website

Use the site and its update feed for their intended purpose. Don't attack, overload or scrape them in ways that disrupt the service.

No warranty

Budvo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, NullDaily LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or money, arising from your use of Budvo.
